Grand finale of the World Copernican Congress

From 12 to 16 September 2023, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń will host the final stage of the World Copernican Congress. Historians, cultural experts, literary scholars and astronomers will gather to discuss the state of research on the life and work of the eminent scientist and astronomer and his impact on the development of science, culture and the arts.

After the debates of economists and philosophers as well as historians of these two branches of science held in Kraków and discussions on the life and work of Nicolaus Copernicus and the efforts to preserve his heritage held in Olsztyn, the time has come to consider other aspects of the great astronomer's legacy.
